MAIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH:
1. Search, approach and liaise with prospective clients to introduce and sell Phat Tien’s products via various channels;
2. Seek new potential clients for sale opportunities; Identify, cultivate and build strong relationships with potential clients;
3. Discuss research, service levels, subscription pricing options to be in line with sale target;
4. Visit clients, discuss and finalize price quotations, sales materials and promotions;
5. Attend domestic / international trade shows and conventions to introduce company products and develop relationships for future sale development;
6. Work with Sales Manager and Marketing team to come up with new outbound marketing ideas;
7. Maintain accurate customer database of industry contacts for mailings, reporting, and marketing programs;
8. Provide feedback from clients to assess possible refinements to existing products and the need for new products;
9. Consistently provide detailed updates on activities to Sales Manager;
10. Perform other related duties as required under the direction of Sales Manager.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS/ EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/ CÁC YÊU CẦU VỀ KINH NGHIỆM, KỸ NĂNG VÀ TRÌNH ĐỘ VĂN HÓA
1. University graduate majoring in trade, marketing, economic, chemistry or related fields;
2. Prefer candidates have working experience of marketing and sale principles in equivalent positions or in food / pharmaceutical ingredient sales;
3. Basic knowledge of food processing and/or pharmaceutical applications;
4. Willing to travel independently;
5. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive and trustworthy relationships;
6. Excellent presentation skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office tools to create professional reports and presentation;
7. Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English;
8. Confident and dynamic personality;
9. Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team;
10. Strong creative outlook.
