MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ toàn Công ty
Đối chiếu số liệu giữa các đơn vị nội bộ, dữ liệu chi tiết và tổng hợp
Theo dõi công nợ, thanh toán, quản lý tổng quát công nợ toàn công ty. Xác định và đề xuất lập dự phòng hoặc xử lý công nợ phải thu khó đòi toàn công ty
Lập các báo cáo: báo cáo thuế GTGT, báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thống kê, báo cáo thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp; thuyết minh, giải trình các báo cáo.
Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ: ghi sổ nhật ký chung, lên số tổng hợp các tài khoản; hạch toán tiền lương, BHXH, kinh phí công đoàn; lập các khoản trích trả trước, dự phòng; trích lập quỹ và phân phối lợi nhuận…
Tính giá thành sản phẩm của từng dự án
Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của các hóa đơn, chứng từ liên quan trước khi thực hiện Nhập/ xuất kho
Các nhiệm vụ khác được cấp trên giao phó
YÊU CẦU
Tốt nghiệp CĐ, ĐH trở lên chuyên ngành Kế Toán/ Tài chính hoặc ngành có liên quan
Có tối thiểu từ 2 – 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên với vai trò tương đương trong các công ty Quản lý Bất Động Sản
Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, các phần mềm chuyên môn và tiếng Anh văn phòng giao tiếp
Có kinh nghiệm làm báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo quản trị; phân tích các số liệu trong báo cáo
