Job Descriptions
- Actively develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve growth goals.
- Responsible for the company's brand (Loreal, NIVEA, ANKER, etc..) TIKTOK business development (BD) work, facilitating influencer live-streaming and sales promotion collaborations, including sample delivery and broadcasting arrangements.
- Ability to manage customer databases.
- Learn product and market trends.
- Responsible for finding new customers and building good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer integration and development process goes smoothly.
- Support the development of new proposals for cooperation opportunities.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Have 1-2 years in business development, sales, marketing (priority at e-commerce companies)
- Understanding e-commerce business is a must.
- Proficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and business partners.
- Outgoing, strong communication skills, and able to handle pressure.
- Experience in brand-new business-related positions, familiarity with the process of coordinating between brands, influencers, and agencies is preferred.
- Having influencer on resources in relevant categories is preferred.
- Chinese communication will be preferred.
