Mô tả công việc

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

Type employee timesheet data into payroll spreadsheet
Calculating payable hours, commission, bonuses, taxes and deductions
Upload to the Certified Payroll Reporting websites
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Exporting data from CPR websites for processing in DIR websites
Maintain and updating certified payroll records weekly
Be trained to match the job
Perform other jobs if required.

Qualification & Experience

Education: College/ University Degree;
Major in accounting or related field preferred;
Be able to use or communicate in English, TOEIC 550 or above;
Beginner experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, company software and others as needed
Fresher without experience can work with us.
Able to work well under pressure.
Stay on top of and meet all deadlines of tasks.
