- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu tuyển dụng từ ban Giám đốc và các phòng ban
- Lên Kế hoạch Tuyển dụng
- Triển khai Kế hoạch Tuyển dụng
- Đề xuất các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả.
- Đăng tin tuyển dụng, phát triển các mẫu tin để thu hút ứng viên dự tuyển.
- Sàng lọc, đánh giá chọn ra những CV phù hợp cho vị trí tuyển dụng.
- Thực hiện phỏng vấn, kiểm tra trình độ, kinh nghiệm, năng lực và mức độ phù hợp của ứng viên.
- Sắp xếp kế hoạch phỏng vấn cho các cán bộ quản lý liên quan .
- Thông báo, phản hồi cho ứng viên về kết quả phỏng vấn .
- Hoàn tất các thủ tục để tiếp nhận nhân viên mới, hướng dẫn nhân viên mới nhận việc theo quy trình.
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi quá trình nhận việc của nhân viên mới.
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên và xây dựng nguồn ứng viên tiềm năng.
