- Giám sát thi công nội thất các công trình căn hộ, Showroom, shop, văn phòng, dự án chuỗi (Siêu thị tiện lợi, khu vui chơi giải trí
- Lên tiến độ thi công, theo dõi tiến độ thi công, giám sát thi công công trình để đảm bảo tiến độ thi công và nghiệm thu, chất lượng công trình
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai biện pháp thi công phù hợp
- Đôn đốc, phối hợp với đội nhóm, nhà thầu phụ đang thi công tại công trình.
- Báo cáo tình trạng thi công các hạng mục từng ngày tại công trình cho quản lý dự án, giám đốc về tiến độ, khối lượng, chất lượng và các vấn đề phát sinh
- Cảnh báo các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, khối lượng, tiến độ công trình và đề xuất phương án giải quyết.
- Nghiệm thu công việc, khối lượng, chất lượng với Nhà thầu và Chủ đầu tư.
- Một số công việc khác sẽ trao đổi trong lúc phỏng vấn
