Các công việc chính:
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Quản lý và nhận đặt bàn qua điện thoại, website và các trang mạng xã hội.
- Nhập dữ liệu đặt bàn và feedback hằng ngày.
- Quản lý, thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu khách hàng nhằm chuẩn hóa các quy trình chăm sóc khách hàng và đưa ra chiến lược hiệu quả.
- Điều phối và hỗ trợ sự kiện khách hàng.
- Nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng và phối hợp với team marketing để có những đề xuất cho kế hoạch truyền thông trong thời gian tiếp theo.
- Chủ động lên danh sách và liên hệ với khách hàng, đối tác nhân các dịp lễ Tết, chuẩn bị quà tặng trong các dịp đặc biệt.
- Xây dựng báo cáo cuối tháng theo yêu cầu của cấp trên và Ban Giám đốc.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, sẽ được đào tạo bài bản khi nhận việc, có kinh nghiệm làm việc là lợi thế.
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Biết sắp xếp công việc hợp lý.
- Giao tiếp thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
- Giọng nói lưu loát, không ngọng, không nói lắp.
- Có kỹ năng văn phòng tốt, sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ Microsoft Office.
- Đã có kinh nghiệm trong ngành dịch vụ là một lợi thế.
