- Đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm tại nơi làm việc
- Bảo quản, vệ sinh các công cụ, dụng cụ và máy móc làm bánh
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra nhiệt độ kho lạnh để đảm bảo chất lượng bánh
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
