Interface and Icon Design: Creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, icons, and other graphic elements that align with the style of casual games.
Collaborative Animation Creation: Working closely with development teams to implement animation effects based on product needs, ensuring smooth and engaging visuals.
Innovative, Future-Ready Design: Developing creative interface designs with a strong emphasis on Visual Identity (how the game visually communicates its brand) and User Experience (how easy and enjoyable the interface is for players to use).
UI Customization and Iteration: Thoroughly understanding product goals to refine and improve the user interface over time, ensuring it meets evolving standards and player expectations.
Design Optimization and Special Effects: Continuously enhancing the design quality, creating high-quality special effects, and controlling the visual flow and pacing to maintain player engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational Background: A degree in Art or Game Design, with at least three years of experience, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in game art.
Mobile Game Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and developing interfaces for mobile games, specifically casual games, with the ability to set and maintain a cohesive style.
Technical Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in using software like Photoshop (PS), After Effects (AE), Illustrator (AI), and Spine for both static and animated graphics. Hand-drawing skills and familiarity with Unity 3D and AI-generated artwork are important for a range of design tasks.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to clearly convey design concepts and work effectively within a team setting, coordinating with developers and planners.
Advanced Graphic Design Abilities: Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals, including color theory, composition, and motion graphics, to produce visually compelling designs.
Casual Game Insight: Understanding casual game audiences and trends, ensuring the design is approachable and engaging for a broad player base.
Experienced in gaming (not limited to a single platform), with a deep understanding of casual games in Vietnam, especiallyMatch-3 Game, Jigsaw Puzzles,Simulation management and puzzle-solving game types, and excellent mathematical skills.
