1) Performing day-to-day membership administration matters including processing membership application, transfer, nomination, absent and etc.

(2) Ensure timely update of members’ record in system.
Đảm bảo việc cập nhật liên tục các thông tin liên quan đến Hội viên.
(3) Daily administration works.
Thực hiện các công việc hành chính hàng ngày.
(4) Key in all payment to system before hand over to Accounts Department.
Nhập tất cả các thanh toán vào hệ thống trước khi chuyển giao cho Phòng kế toán.
(5) Prepare necessary reports for accounting purposes.
Chuẩn bị các báo cáo cần thiết cho mục đích kế toán.
(6) Ensure systematic filing of document and ensure confidentiality of members’ record.
Lưu giữ các tài liệu và đảm bảo bảo mật thông tin liên quan đến Hội viên.
(7) Follow up on outstanding document from members.
Cập nhật các hồ sơ, giấy tờ của Hội viên.
(8) Daily check membership incoming emails and attend to the enquiries.
Kiểm tra tình hình tham dự và các email đến của Hội viên hàng ngày theo yêu cầu.
(9) Prepare weekly membership reports.
Chuẩn bị các báo cáo Hội viên hàng tuần.
(10) Preparation of birthday vouchers as and required.
Chuẩn bị các voucher chúc mừng sinh nhật theo yêu cầu.
(11) Monthly reminder letter for expiry of absent period / nomination period / term membership.
Hàng tháng gửi thư nhắc nhở về tình hình vắng mặt / thời hạn hết hạn thẻ Hội viên.
(12) To perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
