JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Being the local interface of the paddings developer in HQ Italy
- Following the engineering process of helmet paddings from dxf (received by HQ) to actual parts
- Supervising and supporting the padding supplier during sampling activities and pilot run together with the developer from HQ
- Monitoring the padding supplier during production, with the aim of assuring a good quality of the product
- Defining and following the improvement plan and activities in case of quality or technical issues on the product, involving supplier and Development dept. in Italy
- Supporting the Manager in planning activities regarding Internal paddings development
- Supporting Sourcing dept. in contacting suppliers of materials/tools
REQUIREMENT:
* Education Bachelor’s Degree
• Good English
• At least 5 years experience in garment company
• Knowledge of materials: fabrics, foams
• Knowledge of tools: die-cutting tools, sewing machines and similar
• Knowledge of patterns: be able to understand the dxf files, open in cad, print with plotter
• Experience in sewing
