Mô tả công việc

Quản lý tất cả các hoạt động marketing cho công ty trong phạm vi phòng marketing (trong lĩnh vực bất động sản).
Xây dựng chiến lược marketing cho công ty phù hợp với mục tiêu của công ty. Xác định các cơ hội tiếp thị bằng cách xác định các yêu cầu của người tiêu dùng; xác định thị trường, thị phần của đối thủ cạnh tranh, điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của đối thủ cạnh tranh; dự báo kinh doanh dự kiến; thiết lập thị phần mục tiêu.
Thiết kế và thực hiện một kế hoạch tiếp thị chiến lược nhằm mở rộng cơ sở khách hàng của công ty và đảm bảo rằng công ty có một sự hiện diện mạnh mẽ.
