1.Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
- Represent Consen Lab at industry events and conferences if required
- Prepare MKT report for CMO
2.Requirements
a. Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in marketing manager at a technology company, with proven results and references.
- Active user of web3 applications, knowledgeable of the wider web3 ecosystem, key projects, challenges, topical narratives, memes, etc.
- Proven track record of success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market share in competitive markets, especially within startups.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
- Excellent presentation skills, willingness to travel to conferences and key events to help promote Consen Lab products and vision.
