JOB DESCRIPTION
● Plan and execute marketing and promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.
● Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
● Develop comprehensive event project plans and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event concepts, themes, and messaging that align with the company's marketing strategy.
● Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
● Develop and implement media and communication plans to promote events through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, press releases, and advertising.
● Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of event-related activities.
● Monitor and evaluate the success of events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements for future events.
● Maintain updated event calendars, databases, and documentation for efficient event planning and tracking.
● Stay updated on industry trends, event best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance event strategies.
