CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
- Gửi đơn hàng, kiểm tra lịch trình giao hàng, phát hành HBL, gửi chứng từ SI, AMS, ISF, AFR Theo dõi đơn hàng, xử lý chứng từ, gửi cảnh báo cho đại lý. Nộp tờ khai nhập khẩu, cấp thông báo hàng đến, cấp D/O.
- Theo dõi lịch trình vận chuyển và thông báo cho khách hàng khi tàu bị chậm trễ hoặc thay đổi.
- Sắp xếp xe để giao/nhận hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu.
- Hợp tác với các đại lý nước ngoài.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng chuyên ngành phù hợp.
- Thành thạo nghiệp vụ xuất nhập khẩu.
- 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giao nhận hàng hóa/xuất nhập khẩu.
- Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính văn phòng.
- Năng động, trung thực, chăm chỉ, hòa đồng, nhiệt tình, có khả năng thích nghi nhanh với môi trường mới và công việc áp lực cao.

Job Description
- Send orders, check delivery schedules, issue HBL, send documents SI, AMS, ISF, AFR Track orders, process documents, send warnings to agents. Submit import declarations, issue arrival notices, issue D/O.
- Track shipping schedules and notify customers when ships are delayed or changed.
- Arrange vehicles to deliver/receive import/export goods.
- Cooperate with foreign agents.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from university or college with a relevant major.
- Proficient in import/export operations.
- 1 year of experience in the field of freight forwarding/import/export.
- Proficient in office computer.
- Dynamic, honest, hard-working, sociable, enthusiastic, able to adapt quickly to new environments and high-pressure work.
Proficient in English
