1. Research and draft legal advice; preparing and writing legal documents or cases;

2. Translate legal documents and other documents;

3. Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task;
Làm việc với các Công ty Luật để theo dõi và hoàn tất các công việc được giao;
4. Store legal files and documents; Update legal documents;
Lưu trữ các tài liệu; Cập nhật hồ sơ pháp lý;
5. Improve knowledge of alterations in legislation;
Hoàn thiện kiến thức và kỹ năng pháp lý;
6. Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents as assigned;
Chuẩn bị, nộp và theo dõi hồ sơ, giấy tờ để thực hiện các thủ tục hành chính được giao;
7. Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance;

8. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;

9. Draft, review agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
Soạn thảo, soát xét các thỏa thuận, hợp đồng và các văn bản pháp lý khác đảm bảo quyền lợi Cty;
10. Evaluate proposals, action plans and other situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required;
Đánh giá các đề xuất, kế hoạch hành động và các tình huống khác có thể có tác động pháp lý và xác định quá trình hành động thích hợp theo yêu cầu;
11. Counsel the management and staff in all legal questions, review legal documents and assistance in negotiations;
Tư vấn cho quản lý và nhân viên trong tất cả các câu hỏi pháp lý, xem xét các tài liệu pháp lý và hỗ trợ trong các cuộc đàm phán;
12. Mandating and coordinating the external law firms and monitoring of litigation; Assists in the preparation of documents for court cases/ arbitrations.
