Brief:
The Sales Support will be responsible to assist the Head of Business Development in managing customer accounts, processing orders, tracking sales performance and supporting day-to-day operations to meet sales goals. This position involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external customers to ensure the effective execution of the sales operations and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process order and attend to customer inquiries on pricing and invoice.
- Handle trade offer and approve stock requisition.
- Manage stock reservation and stock requisition.
- Report on POSM, sales report, daily brand report, claims and rebate update and trade spend.
- Manage unfulfillment report, prepare promotion planner, promotion summary and promotion tracking.
- Manage sampling request from customers.
- Arrange collection of return.
- Manage current customers and open new opportunities.
Any other ad-hoc as assigned and / or required by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Languages proficiency: Native Vietnamese and conversational in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
Self-driven and result-oriented.
