- 5+ years of experience with back office operations in the IT field
- has experience in recruitment field and knows the entire hiring process
- self-starting and excellent organizational skills
- could take a broad-minded approach to things
- English skill（professional working proficiency）
- Japanese skill（over N2）
- BA in business/finance or related discipline
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications
