Chi tiết công việc
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the recruitment functions and duties for IT positions (embedded, fullstack, automation, devops, technical support, etc.)
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues and regulations
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Requirements
- Able to adapt to independent work. Rigorous and careful on work.
- Familiar with using office tools.
- Proficient in English
Nice to have
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit
