Specification management: discuss/propose/define specifications with client and team, create and operate specifications in Japanese or English. - Languages:
- Vietnamese (native level) + Japanese (equivalent to N2 or above)
- Japanese (native level) + English (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
- Able to communicate logically and according to the situation
- Respect others and be able to achieve results in a team
- Able to adapt flexibly and fulfill duties in any environment
- Keep thinking about how the client and team can be happy together, and act proactively
- Willingness to independently learn knowledge related to business execution, such as software development process
Advanced qualifications and skills
- Leadership involving clients and teams
- Ability to solve problems and make business proposals
- Understanding/experience in software development
- Work experience with Japanese clients
