Tổ chức điều hành mọi hoạt động hàng ngày của Trường;
Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển, kế hoạch hoạt động, các văn bản quản trị của trường, trình LĐTĐ phê duyệt theo phân cấp;
Tư vấn chiến lược cho Lãnh đạo tập đoàn để xác định đúng tầm nhìn về trường và sự phát triển của trường trong tương lai;
Giám sát tất cả các công việc liên quan đến dạy & học, chăm sóc học sinh;
Dẫn dắt đội ngũ phụ trách học vụ và giáo viên nhằm duy trì và nâng cao chất lượng đào tao;
Xây dựng & đảm bảo sự chuyên nghiệp, tích cực trong mối quan hệ giữa Trường và phụ huynh, người giám hộ; Đảm bảo phụ huynh hiểu rõ về Trường, giá trị, chương trình, giáo trình và kế hoạch đào tạo;
Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn được duy trì nhất quán trong tất cả các lĩnh vực của chương trình giảng dạy phù hợp với các thực tiễn tốt nhất của quốc tế và quốc gia;
Đánh giá nhu cầu nhân sự và trong mức định biên nhận sự và theo các tiêu chuẩn đã đặt ra, tuyển dụng giáo viên có năng lực phù hợp;
Chịu trách nhiệm chỉ tiêu tài chính KPI hàng năm (EBITDA, lợi nhuận/thất thoát,…).
