• Lead, develop, and implement IT initiatives that enable the Company to compete more vigorously and more profitably in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace.
• Translate the company vision into IT systems and procedures, articulating this critical link to the company stakeholders including the Executive Team, IT staff, and employees.
• Lead and implement the applications program and projects to deliver MHT’s strategic targets.
• Lead and implement application lifecycle and vendor management processes to improve effectiveness, ensure business service stability, and support business growth
• Develop strong business relationships to identify and deliver business value through MHT’s strategic applications platforms
• Lead the development and execution of the applications roadmaps and delivery of projects within.
• Participate actively with the Operating Team to ensure our systems environment addresses the needs of the business
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
• Manage IT budget.
• Building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduation, major in IT or equivalent Engineer degree
• Have held Head of IT level for a minimum of 5 years
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT Application Management development, and Microsoft Application platforms (O365, Azure, and Power Platform).
• Have done (and preferably used) an architecture design for IT application, infrastructure, cloud, or the like at the company level at least once
• Have managed with good track records a medium of 5-10 IT Team members with both Infrastructure and especially Business Application
• Have sound knowledge in IoT and BI and some advanced AI knowledge will be a plus
• Experienced managing technology partners (vendor management) and diverse/remote teams
• Extensive knowledge of application lifecycle and vendor management concepts and processes and the appropriate .application of these to support business requirements.
• Experience delivering application-related projects including system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of SAP functionals: FICO, MM, PM, PP, SD
• Knowledge of Data Center operation, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS), and all data lines for connections between offices/sites.
• Knowledge of VoIP, Virtual Machine (VMware), DBMS (MS SQL server), Windows product, application design (Web-based, client/server, etc.), backup system, and security for
