• Check and supervise the fire protection system
• Archiving, tracking legal records, in charge of clerical work
• Implementing the recruitment according to the approved plan
• Making decisions, contracts related to factory personnel
• Carry out necessary procedures for foreign workers (work permit, temporary residence, ...)
• Implementation of timekeeping, labor regimes related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and accident insurance 24/24 for factory employees
• Check the implementation and compliance with the Company regulations of employees, contractors, suppliers, visitors ...
• Participate in events and activities at the Factory
• Perform related reports
