- Bố trí các đội thi công theo sơ đồ tổ chức công trường;
- Thực hiện các công việc thi công theo kế hoạch hạng mục, tiến độ, chất lượng của dự án: Kiểm kết cấu âm, kiếm trước hoàn thiện nền, Kiểm soát dứt điểm defects...
- Điều phối, kiểm soát và báo cáo các công việc tại công trường về hạng mục, tiến độ, chất lượng đúng theo kế hoạch.
- Các công việc khác được yêu cầu từ QLTT/TBP
