- Goal setting and strategy planning
- Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
- Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
- Business management and progress
- Optimizing and streamlining business processes
- Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
- Member management and training
- Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
- Motivation and team building
- Internal and external coordination and reporting
- Coordination with other departments
- Reporting to management and decision-making support
- Problem solving and risk management
- Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
- Predicting and managing business risks
Requirement
- Age: 35 41
- Gender: Any
- Language: English or Japanese basic business level
- This is because in the future we will need to participate in headquarters meetings in Japan online and submit monthly reports, etc.
MUST
- Around 10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
- Ability to manage departments across the board
- Self-reflection
- Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business
- Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations
Salary:30~45mil gross (including manager allowance of 10 million VND and other allowances equivalent to 1.17 million VND)
Working time
Mon-Fri8:00-17:00
