JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Being in-charge of all Internal/Local Government Tax Declaration (Monthly Tax Reporting; VAT filing; accounting management..)
• Preparing all concerned documents for all Banking purpose for Import/Export Documentations (Letter of Credit, TTR; D/P…);
• Co-ordinating closely with all bankers;
• Contacting directly /Working strictly with Heads of Government Tax People for all taxes/VAT…
• Establishing/Checking/Building/Controlling good accounting- banking & finance system;
• Report directly to Managing Director all jobs done daily at the end of working days.
• Others to be discussed in the Interview.
*The accountant who will be handling complete accounts book keeping, Taxes, PIT, Banking for local and foreign trade ie Import / export docs, Insurance, shipping etc
• At least 2-year graduated from University or College of Accounting – Finance Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Having General/good knowledge in Financial – Accounting System/Management.
• Having at least 4-5-year experience in Government Tax Declaration and General accounting system.
• Having good communications with Tax people – Government & Bankers; Willing to learn and quick-learner.
• Smart and Strong controlling all accounting system;
• Being capable to work independently & under high pressure; being responsible for all concerned given job.
• Good communication in English (listening/ speaking/ writing) is priority.
