Mô tả công việc

NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC

Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotations, and contracts.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online platforms to handle inquiries and provide necessary support.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business strategies.
Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and marketing activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the sales manager.
