Help us build the best online cosmetic and personal care shop in Vietnam
● Set up and manage e-commerce sales channels - marketplaces, website, social media accounts and
other online sales channels
● Order management for all e-commerce channels (Marketplaces, Website, social media, …)
● Drive e-commerce sales activities, promotion and marketing campaigns
● Work closely with a brand representative, manufacturers, influencers or business partners from all
over the world, in order to support sales in Vietnam
● Perform market research and competitor analysis
● Answer inquiries from customers or business partners
● Create and execute effective social media communication (Zalo, Facebook, Instagram,...)
● Monitor the fulfilment process and make sure that customers receive their ordered products by
supervising the external warehousing and delivery partners
● Digitally track your work progress and report to your managers on a regular basis
● Work with designers and marketers on creating advertising and promotion materials
● Support copywriting & content creation
● Help with any other tasks assigned by Manager, necessary for the company to deliver on its goals
