Position : E-Commerce Manager (Chinese or English Speaking)
Location : Dinh Bo Linh Street, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District,Hochimin City
Working Days :Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary : Competitive, up to 80.000.000 VND
Reporting to : GM of E-commerce
Key Responsibilities:
● Corporate with Brand marketing manager to implement trade marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share across digital platforms.
● Plan the direction and coordinate the activities of the E-Commerce (Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok etc.) and Influencer to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
● Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize marketing efforts and campaign effectiveness.
● Manage budget allocations and ROI across trade marketing campaigns.
● Foster strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
● Ensure the execution of campaigns is in line with brand values and compliance standards.
● Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the team in alignment with company KPIs.
Qualifications:
● At least
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing (Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok is a must) , with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing landscapes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
proficiency in English or Chinese is a must.
● Highly analytical and strategic, capable of driving data-driven decisions.
● Excellent team management skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
