JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Customer Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki and TikTok platforms
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
2.Operations Support
- Perform daily operational checks, including updating orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory
- Monitor orders to identify and address those approaching or exceeding delivery deadlines, including returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, images, pricing, and descriptions across all platforms
- Ensure consistency of product data across multiple e-commerce channels.
- Generate regular reports as per company requirements.
3.Data Analysis
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, product trends, and other relevant indicators.
- Propose data-driven improvements to enhance overall e-commerce performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred: Experience with or knowledge of at least one e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or Tiki.
- Customer service and data analysis experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, maintain an open mind, and willingness to adapt, try new approaches, and learn continuously
- Strong capacity for both independent work and effective teamwork.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work (remote or part-time arrangements not available for this position)
- Candidates who can communicate in English and start working immediately will be given priority consideration.

- Salary from 10 - 13 million VND gross (negotiable based on experience). Full social insurance during probation.
