JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organize the implementation of the General Manager’s and Owner’s resolutions and decisions;
- Decide on issues related to the company’s business activities;
- Organize the implementation of the company’s business plan and investment plan;
- Representing the company to negotiate and sign economic contracts under the authorization and direction of the General Manager;
- Can represent the General Manager to work with foreign partners of the company;
- Representing the General Manager to participate in exhibitions and fairs in Vietnam and abroad;
- Establishing official relationships between the company and trade promotion organizations in Asia such as Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), China Business Association (CBAH);
- To serve as the focal point for establishing the company’s membership or strategic partnership with other trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, such as Amcham, Icham, and Cancham;
- Developing the company to become a strategic partner in Vietnam of foreign business associations in Vietnam, business support organizations of foreign governments;
- Be accountable for business results to the General Manager/Owner;
- Proposing a plan on the company's organizational structure, a plan on using profits or dealing with losses in business;
- Under the direction of the Owner, recruit, sign labor contracts with employees, and sign service contracts with partners and customers;
- Other rights and obligations are subject to the Legal Representative’s responsibility and the labor contract signed with the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Having worked for more than 5 years as a Manager in one of the fields such as management consulting, marketing consulting, promoting services in foreign and Vietnamese markets, as well as assisting the General Manager in implementing Perform daily tasks in service of the company’s business activities in the absence of the General Manager;
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the majors in economics, marketing, or media relations;
- English proficiency as a native (English - British or English - American) or IELTS 8.0 or higher;
- Know how to use software such as Canva, Cello, Powerpoint;
- In addition, the position of Director needs to have at least the information of the referrer and establish a relationship with the referrer so that the company can join as a member for 3 years at the organizations related to contracts. Business partner at Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), China Business Association (CBAH);
- The director of the company must also be a person who has worked at business associations, enterprises that have become strategic partners in other countries and have worked directly with these organizations for at least 2 years.
