Content of the job :
- Administration of sales in contact with customers and suppliers
- Sourcing of items - Establishment of quotes to customers
- Issuance of POs to suppliers and delivery documents ( invoice, P&L, certifications, ) to customers
- Follow up of goods deliveries with forwarders and Customs Clearance procedures
- Follow up of payments from customers - Establishment of bidding documents
- General secretary works and administrative tasks ( local co documentation, mail, banking payments social wealthfare payment,.. )
- Basic accounting of the co ( input of charges / bank statements )
- Processing of documentation with official authorities ( MOH, Certification authorities,..)
- ISO assistance and follow up
- Other tasks may be required due to small co environment
Management : to be under the responsibility of a vietnamese director and a foreign ( french ) general director

Monday to Friday : 8h00 12h00
13h30 17h30
Saturday : 8h00 12h00
In case of specific works ( tenders, urgent deliveries), a fexibility on timing is required.
Requested profile :
- Young female with first experience(s) required
- Good level in english ( spoken and written )
- Good computer skills
- Easiness in communication with other collegues and foreigners
