- Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring and replying to emails.
- Working closely with the manager to maintain the candidate database (ATS) and handle any relevant paperwork. - Preparing, posting and updating job advertisements online. - Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience (e.g., Code Test).
- Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite and online. - Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
- Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly. - Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents, preparing their working enviroment and coordinating orientation agendas.- Creating statistical reports and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
- Propose recruitment solutions to achieve goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Age : 25-37
Good Japanese N2~N1 level
English reading and writing skills: from pre-intermediate or higher
1. Education
Bachelors degree in Labor, Human Resources Management, Economics, Statistics, Languages, or Social Sciences.
2. Work Experience
- 3-5 years or more experience in recruitment.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, evaluating to onboarding.
3. Professional Skills
- Proficient in modern recruitment methods and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, headhunting, etc.).
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in office software applications.- Ability to analyze and report recruitment performance.
4. Soft Skills- Good communication and persuasion skills.- Strategic thinking and creativity in talent attraction.
- Flexible problem-solving skills.
- Cooperative, proactive, and ambitious attitude.
5. Other Requirements
- Passion for recruitment work.
- Skills in statistics and reporting.
