Job description
Purchasing & Inventory Management / Customer Support / Quality Control
(Including Overseas Shipping and Product Verification)
Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality; develop new
suppliers
Develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound
shipments, and conduct stocktaking
Handle inquiries from domestic and overseas customers (especially EU clients),
manage returns/exchanges, and adjust delivery schedules
Verify operation and quality of cameras and network devices; troubleshoot issues
Handle international shipping operations including EU (document preparation,
customs procedures, carrier coordination)
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose and implement improvements
We are seeking a candidate to support our business growth by managing the increase in
users and overseas shipping demands, ensuring stable logistics operations and improving
customer satisfaction.
This role covers a wide range of duties from purchasing and inventory management to
customer support, quality control, and international shipping (mainly to the EU).

Experience in quality control for cameras, video equipment, or precision instruments
Management or project leader experience
