• Prepare all import and export documents, and transfer the customs declaration.
• Monitor and supervise import-export procedures to ensure on schedule.
• Check and process documents such as purchase order, C /O, documents related to customs procedures.
• Application for import tax refund, tracking & management.
• Apply for a specialized inspection permit related to import and export.
• Store orders and customs declaration documents.
• Make monthly import/export report.
• Check the monthly payments from the customs clearance agent.
• Support Account Accountant for Inventory Control.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Board of Directors
