About The Position
We are looking for a talented and passionate content manager who is detail-oriented and excited to contribute to a rapidly growing team and company. This person has strong writing and editing skills, an eye for user-experience, and an understanding of how content drives traffic to increase visit.
Responsibilities
·Content insight & strategy: Create strategy based on product’s objective and target insight
·Work alongside the Product Manager & Head of Marketing to create content strategy and translate them into actionable content category
·Identify key content category to acquire / produce / invest
·Manage a team of content executives to handle content operations on the platform
·Advise Product team on content-related app features, and data team on content personalization mechanics / algorithm or any related projects
·Research and get the latest updates on different content trend for Product’s targeted audience
·Monitor competitors' new content release and other activities
·Acquire and identify new audiences for future growth
·Support key editorial tasks such as writing copy for review pages, infographics, videos scripts, social posts and emails
·Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Business, etc.) to support the Company's business objectives
·Leverage analytics and metrics to identify areas for optimization, improvements in messaging/creative and operational/cost efficiencies
·Manage and develop direct reports including goal setting, training, performance assessment and disciplinary actions
Job Requirements
·Minimum bachelor's degree
·Excellent English, both verbal & written
·At least 5 years of experiences in content-related management roles
·Experience working with major content platform / distributor / publishing will be a plus
·Experience working with an established / emerging tech-company is also a plus
·Strong detail-orientation with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
·Being very passionate about content and digital media platform
·Excitement to adapt to the evolving needs of a “start-up” culture
·Having a deep understanding of content and each type of content appeals to the audience
·Having the necessary network and contacts with potential content partners
·Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
