PHụ trách tuyển các vị trí mảng IT
- Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng theo kế hoạch đã thống nhất từng tháng và khi có phát sinh
- Tìm kiếm, đề xuất các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả
- Tham gia thiết lập bản mô tả công việc cho các vị trí tuyển dụng
- Sàng lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ với các ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và trực tiếp tham gia phỏng vấn
- Thông báo kết quả phỏng vấn cho ứng viên trúng tuyển và gửi thư cảm ơn đối với ứng viên không đạt
- Duy trì và cải tiến quy trình tuyển dụng
2. Yêu cầu công việc
- Nam/Nữ trên 22 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm 6 tháng trở lên làm việc ở vị trí tuyển dụng, Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm từng tuyển dụng các vị trí ngành IT.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các mạng xã hội
- Nhanh nhẹn, sáng tạo
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
3. Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Lương:triệu + thưởng
- Thưởng các ngày Lễ Tết, Tháng lương 13, thưởng doanh số
- Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, Du lịch
- Xét tăng lương 1 năm/lần
- Thời gian làm việc T2 - T6 hằng tuần, NGhỉ T7, CN và các ngày Lễ tết
- Địa điểm làm việc: Số 123, Ngõ 102 Đường Khuất Duy Tiến, Phường Nhân Chính, Quận Thanh Xuân, Thành phố Hà Nội
