- Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện hữu và phát triển khách hàng mới
- Khám phá, cung cấp, tư vấn các giải pháp tài chính toàn diện, phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ, xây dựng mối quan hệ bền chặt, tốt đẹp với khách hang
- Xử lý khách hàng khiếu nại và yêu cầu với hướng dẫn của công ty để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng
THU NHẬP VÀ PHÚC LỢI
Tháng đầu tiên:
+ Thu nhập 20 triệu (không áp dụng KPI)
Từ tháng thứ 2:
+ Hỗ trợ kinh doanh 20 triệu (có điều kiện duy trì hỗ trợ)
+ Bonus theo doanh số: Từ 30% (có điều kiện duy trì bonus)
+ Các khoản thưởng tháng, thưởng quý, thưởng năm
- Hỗ trợ đồng phục vest và Ipad
- Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng trong 24 tháng, Xét thăng tiến 6 tháng một lần, tùy vào năng lực
- Tham gia sự kiện & Du lịch trong và ngoài nước hàng năm
