Phân tích – xây dựng giá vốn – giá bán: Phân tích giá vốn, xây dựng chính sách giá bán cho các sản phẩm hiện có và mới (nghành học, khóa học ngắn hạn, liên kết …); Phân tích các chỉ số tài chính và so sánh với đối thủ cùng ngành;
Thẩm định và kiểm soát kế hoạch tài chính của các đơn vị thành viên: Thẩm định các cơ sở lập kế hoạch tài chính (danh mục sản phẩm, giá bán, định mức chi phí…);
Kiểm soát chi tiết doanh thu, chi phí, dòng tiền thực hiện so với kế hoạch; Phân tích các chỉ số tài chính, hiệu quả hoạt động; Đề xuất các giải pháp, biện pháp để tăng hiệu quả kinh doanh;
Thực hiện báo cáo quản trị: Sĩ số, P&L, dòng tiền hàng tháng, quý, năm;
