Mô tả công việc

1. Assist Business Development Manager to source for real estate or land investment deals in the markets.

Hỗ trợ Giám đốc phát triển kinh doanh về tìm kiếm nguồn cho bất động sản hoặc giao dịch đầu tư đất đai trên thị trường.

2. Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of interested projects.

Phân tích và đánh giá tính khả thi của các dự án quan tâm.

3. Prepare any approval papers for investment approvals.

Chuẩn bị bất kỳ giấy tờ phê duyệt nào để phê duyệt đầu tư.

4. Develop good relationships with private companies or government bodies for developing potential investment opportunity and negotiate with them, if necessary.

Phát triển mối quan hệ tốt với các công ty tư nhân hoặc cơ quan chính phủ để phát triển cơ hội đầu tư tiềm năng và thương lượng với họ, nếu cần thiết.

5. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
