    Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive (Vietnam Market)
    We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in Vietnam.
    Youll build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business success.This role offers direct collaboration with our Singapore HQ for regional exposure and development.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City 
    • Client Engagement: Find and build lasting relationships with local clients and partners.
    • Market Insight: Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs in Vietnam.
    • Sales Execution: Deliver proposals and presentations tailored to professional standards and client needs.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and project teams.
    • Target Management: Monitor and achieve sales KPIs with a focus on sustainable growth.
    • Networking: Represent the company at events to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

    Requirements
    • Education: At least Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience: At least 1 year in business development, sales, or account management. Industry experience in Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate is a plus.
    • Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
