Research, learn new technologies & product functionalities
Develop Business Requirements Document (BRD), transaction flows
Coordinate to work with the team, provide ideas to improve products & support other departments in operation
Participate in analysis, design, and functional improvement for the company's products and services (for the European and Asian markets).
Prepare user guides for existing features & release notes for go-live features
Compose product reports & statistics
Support promotion campaigns & other ad-hoc tasks provided by senior level
Participate in functional testing, SIT & UAT.
Participate in the company's training programs and activities.
Requirements
Final year student or new graduated student in IT industry
Ability to communicate and read documents in English
Have mobile programming or mobile application knowledge
Work hard, willing and able to quickly grasp new technologies
