CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Act as the primary liaison between external partners (banks, payment gateways), the development team, and local clients. Gather, document, and align requirements from all parties — resolving conflicts and driving consensus. Facilitate regular sync meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain informed throughout the product lifecycle.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners (banks, payment gateways), the development team, and local clients
- Gather, document, and align requirements from all parties — resolving conflicts and driving consensus
- Facilitate regular sync meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain informed throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create clear UI/UX wireframes and flow documentation using tools like Figma, and hand off to the development team
- Maintain up-to-date specification documents that serve as the single source of truth
- Manage development schedules, track milestones, and proactively flag risks or delays
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) — create test cases, manage test cycles, and verify that delivered features meet agreed requirements
- Monitor post-release issues and communicate resolutions to relevant parties
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate requirements writing, documentation drafting, and meeting summarization
- Use AI-assisted prototyping and wireframing to rapidly produce mockups for stakeholder review
- Apply AI tools for data analysis and report generation to support business decisions
YÊU CẦU:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a related role
- Proven ability to manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical and logical thinking — able to break down complex requirements and spot edge cases
- Proficiency in wireframe tools (Figma or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar)
- Working proficiency with AI productivity tools — you regularly use AI assistants to draft documents, summarize meetings, or generate first-cut analysis
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of API concepts and basic data modeling
- Familiarity with fintech or accounting systems such as Misa, Fast, Appotapay, 9Pay, or other ERP/payment platforms
- Experience in the banking, payment gateway, or financial services industry
- Ability to write structured prompts for AI tools to generate specifications, test cases, or documentation
- Experience conducting or coordinating QA/UAT testing cycles
