CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

- Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
Understand the requirements from customers.
Make and manage schedules of development.
Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.
Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality.
Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.

YÊU CẦU:

Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.
Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE. (For candidates who have not had BrSE experience for more than 1 year, the capacity will be considered.)
Project management skills.
Always work with a mindset that prioritizes valuing others and cooperating with all members of the company.
Can build and keep good relationship with members and clients.
Positive thinking.
High responsibility.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum.
Have experience of request definition with clients directly.
Can write the basic design documents of the software.
Good multi-task skills.
