Job Description
- Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
- Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
- Understand the requirements from customers.
- Make and manage schedules of development.
- Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.
- Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality.
- Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement

Yêu cầu
- Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.
- Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE. (For candidates who have not had BrSE experience for more than 1 year, the capacity will be considered.)
- Project management skills
- Always work with a mindset that prioritizes valuing others and cooperating with all members of the company
- Can build and keep good relationship with members and clients
- Positive thinking
- High responsibility
Plus mark
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum
- Have experience of request definition with clients directly
- Can write the basic design documents of the software
- Good multi-task skills
Salary in Gross & Net：up to 2500$ Gross（Có thể thương lượng thêm）
WORKING CONDITION
- Working time, shift, overtime：Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00, Hybrid working
- Bonus：1 time/year
