Nội dung Công việc:
- Giám sát cơ điện/ PCCC cho dự án nhà xưởng tại KCN Yên Phong, Bắc Ninh
- Giám sát nhà thầu thực hiện các quy trình thi công đúng quy định, nghiệm thu công việc
- Kiểm tra vật tư theo đúng nguyên tắc và thủ tục
- Giám sát phần hoàn thiện đúng quy định, kiểm tra các biện pháp thi công, an toàn lao động.
- Thực hiện hồ sơ nghiệm thu
- Kiểm soát, quản lý và tất cả các biện pháp thi công cơ điện của công trình
- Làm báo cáo tuần & báo cáo tháng
- Các công việc phát sinh ngoài công trình để đảm bảo đúng tiến độ dự án.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế, các giám sát và đại diện của Chủ đầu tư trên công trường để đánh giá an toàn, chất lượng, khối lượng, tiến độ thi công, vệ sinh môi trường của nhà thầu
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học với chuyên ngành có liên quan.
- Có chứng chỉ giám sát cơ điện/ PCCC
- Có thể đi làm ngay
