Be responsible for implementing the registration, get approvals from competent authorities on establishment, adjustment and reorganization of the Company and its network as required;
Be responsible for drafting and amendment of the Company's Charter, regulations and rules related to the organization, operation and corporate governance of the Company; labor regulations, collective labor agreements (if any);
Coordinate with the Functional Departments to create the regulations; rules, process for the specialized operation and the coordination of the Functional Departments;
Coordinate with the Functional Departments to participate in resolving disputes arising during the organization and operation of the Company, including labor disputes;
Be responsible for research, timely update and disseminate the issued legal documents by the competent authorities to establish, institutionalize and manage the legal information system related to the Company's activities;
Be responsible for implementation of legal procedures for new products and services of the Company before their promulgation and application.
Be responsible for creation and maintenance of the relationships with competent authorities related to the Project investment, construction and development;
Be responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all issued internal documents;
Be responsible for controlling the compliance of the internal document system, authorization hierarchy, approval mechanism of transactions between Masterise Group and related parties or partners;
Be responsible for creation and maintenance of the relationships with press and media agencies;
Coordinate with the Functional Departments to settle the social media crisis;
Be responsible for completion of financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs from time to time;
Be responsible for implementation and completion of other responsibilities as assigned;
Be responsible for all arising matters related to assigned scope of works.
