We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
Design and develop AI models, algorithms and applications for project development
Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks
Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis.
Collaborate cross-functional teams to enhance functionalities of our AI services.
Manage backend databases and ensure scalability and reliability of all AI solutions
Document code, algorithms, and processes for future references

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial intelligence, or a related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in AI development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Understanding of basic concepts in, Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning and deep learning.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience in AI libraries and Frameworks like TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent in English skills
Good at communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of web security best practices.
