Mô tả công việc

Job description

Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports.
Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports.
Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed.
Ensure a positive end user experience for supported applications.

Job requirement

Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant field
Ideally, 5+ years of manual testing experience with both web and mobile applications
Hands-on experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum model and regression testing
Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors
Having knowledge of test management software (e.g. Jira)
Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries required
Have win-win mindset, able to debate and contribute to make productive software
Intermediate English communication (both spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Be able to script the automation by a tool, or create/maintain the automation framework is a plus.
Having knowledge/ experience about Security/Performance testing is plus
Experience in API and automation testing is a plus.
Experience in full cycle of software development
Experience in management, testing/release
Good teamwork, communication skills
Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies
Having share and gain spirit
