Now we are looking for a motivated Senior PHP Developer (Laravel) to join our engineering team. You will help design, build, and maintain our web services and infrastructure while guiding best practices across the team. We need the one who could create solutions proactively, rather than making it based on A-Z instruction.
The working time: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, and build clean, scalable, secure Laravel apps.
- Optimize database performance and manage backend services.
- Follow engineering best practices, including testing, source control, CI, and design patterns.
- Participate in and, when needed, conduct code reviews while enforcing coding standards.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues.
- Explore new technologies and libraries to enhance existing systems.
YÊU CẦU:
Your Skills and Experience
Must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Web developer;
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, REST APIs, MySQL, NoSQL, and jQuery;
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is a plus;
- Experience integrating AI using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or vector databases;
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and tools like Docker is a plus;
- Strong understanding of OOP, coding standards, and design patterns;
- Ability to analyze complex problems, devise effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders;
Nice to have:
- Experience managing large-scale web services (B2B or B2C);
- Familiarity with big-data tools or chatbot technologies;
- Ability to view services from both business and engineering perspectives;
- Maintain a proactive mindset, focusing on what can be done rather than why it cant be done.
Academic / Business
- Bachelors or associate degree in Computer Science or a related field.;
- Ability to communicate in English (office communications are in English as CEO is from Japan).
