JOB SUMMARY:

Develop test plans, test procedures, test reports and manage testing efforts for assigned company’s projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop test plans, test procedures, test reports and manage testing efforts for assigned company’s projects.
Research project documentation with the project team leader and project members
Assign tasks within the testing team, review test cases, and assess the quality of testers' work
Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions
Define testing method, exit criteria and measurement for test, considerations, resources and conditions for performing test.
Create & Review test cases/ test plan.
Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Analyze change requests and update test documents (Test plan, test cases,…).
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Review and report test status to the PM

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduating from TOP UNIVERSITY is an advantage.
Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience in manual and automated testing
Have experience in testing API, web and mobile applications.
Over 5 years experience in software testing.
Experience in a leadership or team lead role, strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team of testers
Solid testing and a demonstrated experience in delivering quality products to customers are required.
Software Testing: Capable of working on all levels of the architecture, design, and implementation of security systems.
Strong analytical, testing and debugging skills.
Ability to think and solve problems in creative ways.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English ( Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)
Have experience in developing test plans, test procedures, test reports.
Personality Requirements
Multi- tasking, ability to deal with stress and deadline
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure;
Willing to work overtime if needed
